The flat-rate shipping charge includes S/H and
insurance.

We ship to all 48 states in the continental
US. However, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or a military address.

We ship your purchase within 1-2 business days after
you have checked out

We use standard shipping with FedEx Ground
·
Delivery usually takes between 2 and 10 days.

If you do not get your shipment within two business
days, please notify us via email, and we will send you your FedEx.com tracking
number. Please include your invoice number and the date of purchase in
your email.

It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number
to be activated within FedEx’s system.

DAMAGES
If the item arrives damaged, you must notify us
within 10 days of when the package was received, and we will set up a return of
your product.
Once we get the item back, we will either:
A. Ship a replacement, if we have one in stock, or:
B. We will notify you that the item is not in stock, and refund the entire
purchase price of the order, including shipping.
